Design Decline
Hey, my textiles design isn't approved within 48hrs after submitting! We do regret that, but this means that there's a problem with one of the two decline categories stated below.
To be added to the Envelop shop, your submission really should meet all of our our requirements, technically as well as contentwise. But don't panic and keep calm, we'll sort it out.
First of all, did you receive a decline email from Envelop?
Yes. Then the decline has to do with the content of the files.
No. In that case, there's a technical problem with your designfiles.
